Shadow Dance

Lesson: Physical education

Class: Puffins Year: 2023 - 2024

We have had the amazing Lucy lead shadow dance every Thursday with Puffins this term. We have been moving our bodies to the music using ribbons and scrafs following an up and down and side to side motion during the lion king songs. We've run under icicles during frozen and threw flowers and leaves like Isabella from encanto! We then have a period of rest before the end of the session tapping instruments to 'you're welcome' from Moana. Before cooling down with the parachute and or bubbles with some calming disney music. Each week the engagement has grown and the group have becomere more focused in following single step instructions. Amazing dancing Puffins!!
