Squirrel Woods

On  a Thursday afternoon, the children have a session in the school's Squirrel Woods where they have the opportunity to engage in Forest School activities. It is now widely understood the importance of outside play and the value of nature in a child's positive well being and devlopment. The children are able to explore the ground and we offer actvities to support this e.g. collecting leaves for an art activity, finding conkers and acorns to use in a collage or to make a pattern with on the ground.
